  1. I am in your shoes as far as the weight goes and it didn’t impact any of my pregnancies. Yes, it’s ideal to get some of the weight off before TTC, but it doesn’t have to be a deal breaker. You should check out the Plus Size Mommy Memoirs page on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/plussizemommymemoirs)–they have a lot of advice as far as plus size pregnancies and finding good supportive OBs go.

  2. thanks for the follow! following back and can’t wait to see your story! you are SO young. I was 38 when I had my first. I sometimes wish I had started earlier so there could be 2. a lot of times I’m happy there’s just one! 😉 the weight loss is hard at any age, but sounds like you are on your way! keep at all of this 🙂

  3. Weight isn’t necessarily a deal breaker when it comes to pregnancy. But you should talk to your doctor about it. I did have a client who couldn’t get pregnant because of her weight and her doctor said if she lost 25lbs she’d increase her chances a lot. She did end up getting pregnant through in vitro but she also had other factors decreasing her fertility. Good luck! It’ll happen 🙂

  4. I admire you for working to be as healthy as possible before ttc. Pregnancy is tough on the body so working to be healthy beforehand will pay off. Good luck to you in your quest to drop some weight, be healthier, and build the family you desire.
